Design System
A collaborative design system initiative focused on improving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across multiple telecom brands and digital experiences within the Telefonica ecosystem.

Contribution
Understanding the Challenge
Large telecom ecosystems often involve multiple brands, products, and teams — making consistency difficult to maintain. Different experiences, fragmented UI patterns, and repeated design efforts created challenges in delivering seamless digital products across the Telefonica ecosystem.
The opportunity was to contribute toward a scalable design foundation that could improve consistency, support multiple brand identities, and enable teams to design and build more efficiently.
Multiple brands with inconsistent experiences
Repeated design effort across teams
Slower product delivery and maintenance
Inconsistent navigation patterns
Different interaction behaviors between products
Reduced familiarity and usability
Limited component reusability
Lack of scalable foundations
Cross-team alignment complexity
Goals & Design Strategy
